For Commercial / Industrial – high strength systems, the Five Star Model 505-KI provides final / complete treatment as a major component of the engineered treatment train. This total system is in compliance with the high strength regulations of all states.

A large part of the success of 505-KI commercial systems is the fact that the entire waste-stream goes through onboard pre-treatment and primary clarification, rather than pumped sewage mixed by aeration into a slurry solution for pre-treament and then to assumed soil based treatment. High strength commercial sytems are the last place where an ATU with their dependency on sand, media, and or sub surface soils for treament - should be used.

Site specific engineered systems are available for commerical & industrial, high strength wastewater processing in a variety of configurations and components. (Restaurants, stores, shopping malls, industrial complexes and more.

Five Star commercial systems offer a very viable and cost effective option to all others, with only a small fraction of the O&M, while eliminating all the headaches and expense of the convetional grease trap - tanks.

All designs for high strength wasterawater systems must be perfected by a registered engineer. Chemical, oil, an dall restricted material, separation/management is included.

FOG (Fats, oil and grease) - which constitute a large part of the bod loading are handled in the first stage by using an automated grease skimmer. [Details upon request]

In addition, each of the five star package plants has an on-board grease trap/scum baffle, as a "fail-safe" feature. In commercial applications, the Five Star package plants are equally flow controlled, further eliminating the possibility of surges.

All this results in a ver durable, trouble free system capable of consistently providing recycled clean water in the <5/5/5> levels with a very cost effective life cycle and capital cost. The business will not have any lost time due to system repairs and or replacements.
