Cluster Lot Concept:

The cluster lot concept as shown provides the solution for failing septic systems along the shorelines of Hood Canal that have the probability of adding to the cause of the oxygen depleation problem.

Three homes with failed septic systems were replaced with Five Star package plants. The fully treated Nitrogen free water flows by gravity to a common surge/pump tank. From there the clean water is tight-lined under the highway and pumped up to a remote upland dissipation bed where it is returned to the local water table.
