From the very start, the goal of Fiver Star Environmental Solutions LLC is to provide the very best products and service for wastewater processing systems. More importantly, this goal includes every effort to insure that each member of the local heath jurisdiction can feel confident that the Five Star Systems are dependable, reliable, and the proper "tool" for the job. Simply put, there will never a day when a Five Star System is less than a blessing to all concerned parties.

Fiver Star maintains a strict policy of FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY for each and every installation of the 505 Series wastewater processing plants. On-going monitoring and maintenance is proivided on each Five Star Package Plant. A living virtual journal provides complete electronic record keeping of all monitoring, testing and maintenance. All reports are available to the LHJ.

A toll free 24-hour number is provided for assistance with response and resolution of any problem within 24 hours. Five Star is a local manufacturer of the 505 series package plants, and is in direct conctact with each installation. Independent distributors in each county will provide the basic local support.

The homeowner and the LHJ are guaranteed full satisfaction with failure-free operation and consistent/complete odor free treatment. Each Fiver Star package plant comes with a 10-year warranty.

Fully re-cycled nitrogen free water is returned to the local water table, recharging the local aquifer rather than "disposing" our most valuable liquid asset.

Five Star is in the processs of "adopting" the Salcor 3-G Ultra violet (UV) disinfection unit and providing any M&M that may be needed. This is the one disinfection device that actually works.

NITROGEN REMOVAL is provided )to<5TN) and will be closely monitored as needed on nitrate sensitive sites. Additional treatment can be added if necessary. De-nitrificationis a standard attribute of RBC technology. In additon, the 505-KR has a proprietary nitrate reduction accessory and additional nitrate reduction can be added as needed.

Comparison to other treatment products is impossible due to the fact that the Five Star RBC package plant is the only one that does not depend on sand, rock, and/or soils for filtration and final treatment, following pre-treatment in a septic tank.

A big advantage of the RBC package plant is that there is never a case of pumping septage into the receiving soils. We only pump fully treated clean water. This eliminates the potential for clogged sand/gravel media and smeared/clogged drain fields.

Homeowner awareness/education is provided . The Five Star Homeowners's Manual is a very comprehensive operation manual designed to educate and inform the homeowner as to all aspects of his individual home treatment plant. Placards showing the "care and feeding" of the plants (as well as restricted items) are provided for display in the laundry room.

Self help is not an option. There is no reason for the homeowner to adjust , repair or perform any type of maintenance, when all it takes is a call to the 24-hour toll free number will have the problems solved. In some states there is a trend to make the homeowner responsible for the "operation and maintenance" (O&M) of their "sepctic" ystem. This would be in direct contraditction to the mandated purpose of protecting humans from coming into contact with sewage. In reality, most self-help amounts to turning it off.
